Emily Porter

Influenced by her studies in Baghdad, Beruit, Moscow and the United Kingdom; Emily is a prominent researcher on art and religion. Emily endeavours to contain different experiences and to look at various possibilities in her artwork, in using a combination of mediums such as oil paint, silk, metal, silver jewellry etc.  Emily has visited Baghdad on several occasions since the removal of Sadaam Hussain and has a close relationship with the visual artists in Iraq. She is an established writer and art critic.
